The Spiritual Cycle of Life
Shakespeare knew a thing or two. Take these words from ‘As You Like it – Act 2 Scene 7’
‘All the world‘s a stage, and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts.’
If Shakespeare had included these words ’and one man and woman in their time, play many parts over many lifetimes’ it would be one sentence that describes the eternal cycle of spiritual life.
You see, human spirits are eternal. The spiritual cycle evolves over many unique lifetimes. In each one, we take on a different role in the never-ending play of spiritual life. Every lifetime would be a fresh material, mental and emotional challenge in the evolution of spirituality. Over volumes of time, we would progress until the point where we become pure of spirit and as one with the divine.
To continue the analogy, this entrance, this performance is now. Every day shapes our being. We’re acting a part from the drama of our birth to the final curtain. We exit stage left and re-join the world of spirit to begin rehearsals for the next production. That is when we take on a new character and commence another lesson for another life. And so, the cycle turns.
The audience (our friends and loved ones) become aware that we’ve left the stage. They have their memories of us. They remember the way we looked, spoke and interacted with them. They remember how we touched their emotions and helped them shape their lives too.
Many would want an encore, for the actors to take a bow, and for the audience to clap until their hands glow red with the emotion. The departing actors are still alive in spirit. They can be coaxed back into the limelight by thought and energy by spirit guides on one side of the curtain and spiritual mediums on the other.
These are the words of spirit:
‘The important message here my friend is that life is eternal whatever path you choose. Life on the earth is an experience which many choose to repeat time and time again until they felt they have exhausted every aspect of the human emotions.
Each return will be pure and clear with memories or disturbances from previous lives being erased. It is like a blank canvas waiting for the artist to shape a new story. Every life that returns is precious and to be cherished, to give and receive love and respect your fellow man. My friend we can only hope and try that one day that will be achieved.
Here’s a parting thought. This blog is about life. It is about the life you’re living now and will continue to live in spirit. Earthly death is at the end of Act Three and the transition point to a new role.
We appreciate that this blog will raise many questions and challenge conventional thinking. Go along to a spiritual church and witness messages for yourself from loved ones who have passed into spirit. Perhaps you may even get one from someone you’ve known and provide compelling evidence of an eternal afterlife.
